It includes an account of Daisy Lloyd’s life at Great Dixter from the time of Christopher Lloyd’s birth in 1921 to the visit by Queen Mary in 1935; an illustrated diary of a year as a weekly volunteer gardener by Jodie Jones; the story of the water supply for the past century; past and present scholars are featured as is Fergus with the ten tools he used for a wet February in the garden.
