Hardy annual with dark crimson double flowers on slender stems from early summer to autumn. Good as a cut flower, deadhead to prolong flowering. Best in sun and moist well-drained soil.

Sow onto moist compost in containers in autumn or spring 15°C. Lightly cover seeds with a thin layer of fine grit. Prick out when large enough to handle.
