Hardy annual with feathery dark green foliage and spires of double bright pink flowers on wiry stems in summer. Good for cutting and drying. Sun or part shade and moist well-drained soil.

Sow onto moist compost in containers in spring or autumn at 15-18°c. Lightly cover with a thin layer of fine grit. Can sow directly into shallow rows April-May.
