The late Christopher Lloyd then explains the formation and planting within the different areas of the garden.

This guide book includes sections on Great Dixter in the World Wars and the Great Dixter archive as well as on how Great Dixter is evolving and how the garden is managed today.

Contains high quality photos of the house, garden and from the archive.
